Joe Coffee is one of the foundational NYC specialty coffee shops , been around since 2003 and never gotten bad. The Waverly Place location is a quick walk north from Sullivan, has a couple of sidewalk tables, and the line moves fast. Great for a midday reset when you want something better than average but don't want to commit to a full sit-down. The latte is excellent.
